What is a Doula Collective?
A Doula Collective is a group of doulas supporting each other and sharing call to make birth work more sustainable. This is a model that encourages longevity in the realm of birth work, where burnout is prevalent.​ In this unique model, your birth will be attended by both or one of us.
Meet the Doulas

Here's the thing - I'm not actually a doula. I'm a Midwife. I always knew my destiny was to be a midwife so I never lingered in the doula world. I've attended hundreds of births, mostly in the birth center or home setting. I can't count the hours I've clocked rubbing sacrums, holding and swaying, applying counterpressure, and celebrating the sacredness of birth. But since becoming a mother to my two daughters, one of them still a nursing babe, I can't bring myself to return yet to clinical practice. But the pull to attend births is strong, so I am offering my support in the role of a doula - providing constant labor comfort, advocacy, and education. I've been dreaming of a way to do this work so I formed this Doula Collective with my partner, Delaney, to share call so that clients will know they can always expect labor support from either both or one of us. We attend as many births as possible as a duo, but also have back up in the event that one of us cannot attend.
Delaney Wilds
After experiencing the birth of my son two years ago, my eyes were opened to the difference that doula care can make. Soon after, I started taking the steps to train and become a birth doula for our community. I’ve been absorbed in the birth world since and so inspired. Doing this work has been a journey of me following my heart. I’m passionate about supporting families in this vulnerable, remarkable, powerful, and unpredictable phase of life. Working together has allowed for a new style of doula care, one where we are able to support one another and our clients more sustainably. I have completed my DONA birth doula training and am completing certification, as well as working on contracting with Medicaid clients.
Doula Services
Doulas provide constant labor support in the form of physical touch, emotional nourishment, advocacy for birth choices, and calming energy to your birth space.
TIER 1 - Doula Package
Includes:
1 consultation visit with birth planning.
1 third trimester prenatal education and practice session.
10% off either or both of my classes - birth class, and newborn care class.​
Unlimited pregnancy support via text/phone.
Full spectrum birth doula support with no time limit.
1 postpartum visit (lactation support, healing check-in).​
$400 deposit.
Two-Doula Support - $1900 due at 35 weeks.
TIER 2 - Extended Doula Package
Includes:
1 consultation visit with birth planning.
2 third trimester prenatal education and practice session.
Spots in my birth class and newborn care & postpartum healing class.
Unlimited pregnancy support via text/phone.
Full spectrum birth doula support with no time limit.
1 postpartum visit (lactation support, healing check-in).
Fresh 48 newborn photography session.
Broth & Bites pantry stock (bone broths & lactation protein balls).
$400 deposit.
Two-Doula Support - $2500 due at 35 weeks.
Hourly Option
Includes:
One consultation visit with birth planning.
Birth support by the hour with no time limit.
$200 deposit.
Two-Doula Support - $115/hr.
This is a unique option for those with histories of fast births, last-minute clients, or special situations. Availability is limited.
